Recipe: Smarties - Cookies

 I love these cookies. I bake them in often, because they're just so yummy! You have to try them. They are super easy to make. And you don't have to use smarties. You can also use chocolate chips or whatever you prefer. And sorry for a few wrong vocabs and grammar. You can correct me, if you want to. How ever: Enjoy the cookies :)

What you need

250 grams margarine

250 grams brown sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

pinch salt

360 grams flour

a lot of smarties

What you do

Stir butter, sugar, salt for several minutes with an electric mixer until it gets foamy. Then beat the eggs well. Last flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda to stir briefly until a smooth batter results. Then put teaspoonful dough balls about three centimeters in diameter with a large margin on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with Smarties. Press flat with a knife. Put the cookies in the oven at 190 degrees about 12 to 15 minutes until they are light brown.
